Russian President Putin’s Special Envoy for Syria had a secret meeting with the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), according to an informed official in Tehran.
Tehran(Defapress) During an unexpected visit toTehran, Russian President Putin’s Special Envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentiev met with the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Shamkhani on Tuesday, the official said.
During the secret meeting, the two sides discussed the latest developments in Syria as well as Israel’s recent attack on the Arab country and US President’s threats to interfere militarily in Syrian affairs.
