Yemen Army Fires Missile, Rockets on Saudi Positions in Taiz
TEHRAN (defapress) - The missile units of the Yemeni army targeted gathering positions of Saudi-backed forces with missiles and rockets in the southwestern Taiz province in retaliation for the regime’s ongoing aggression against the impoverished Arab country.
According to Saba news agency, a Zilzal-1 missile and Katyusha rockets were fired at gatherings of Saudi-backed mercenaries in Wazaia junction and Khaled camp in Taiz.
Large groups of the militants were killed and injured during the attacks.
Yemen’s defenseless people have been under massive attacks by the coalition for more than four years but Riyadh has reached none of its objectives in Yemen so far.
According to a recent UN report, the combined death toll from the Saudi-led aggression and disease is 233,000, or 0.8 percent of Yemen's 30 million-strong population.
